Worm in my pistachio with eggs
To whom it may concern,
On January 17, 2024 I have purchased a bag of pistachios (pictures attached) from Walmart located at 5571 W Hillsboro blvd, Coconut Creek, FL, 33073. Upon opening and eating the pistachios I almost finished the bag until I came across a pistachio that had a weird slimy texture.
When I took the pistachio shell out of my mouth I saw a string of slimed that held the pistachio and shell together. I looked at the pistachio and saw what appeared to be a maggot inside of the pistachio and eggs on the inside of the other shell. I have been buying pistachios for a long time and I feel extremely disgusted that there's a possibility that we have been consuming maggots with eggs inside of the pistachios. To me it's a huge health violation and health hazard and it needs to be brought up to your attention.
I am saving the bag incase you or your company need me to send it to you. Please let me know if there's anything I need to do.
